As a specialist in Law in New Technologies, Information Society, and Intellectual Property, I would like through the different posts that I will be posting to inform, clarify, orient on the aforementioned topics. On the other hand, I am a founder of   Mentoring Island and  IP-Privacy: Intellectual Property & Privacy, Legal Advisers.  I am fortunate to be able to practice both in the Dominican Republic and Spain, and equally,  have magnificent collaborators in the aforementioned countries, as well as in Colombia and the United States, in these areas and other related ones.
